We used iStorm for some penetration testing of a specific cloud processing environment. We provided Rules Of Engagement documents and they responded with a plan and estimate. iStorm closely adhered to the agreed dates and timescales and provided detailed testing reports. On occasion we needed some flexibility in dates and they accommodated this as best they could, engaging in close discussion with us. They also offered us good advice on the fixes that we needed to apply and helped by retesting following our fix work. We will continue to work with them as our supplier of choice.
