Senior Marketing Executive

Salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

 

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead marketing for the business with sole responsibility for content, budgets and growing our brand. You will be prepared to work autonomously within a small fast paced environment.

What you’ll be focused on most of the time:

Marketing Campaign Management – developing marketing strategies for different target markets within the business and managing annual marketing budget.

Content Writing & Creation – Writing and creating content (graphics and videos) for the company blog, website and social media channels (Linked In and YouTube)

 

What you’ll be focused on some of the time:

Analytics – Monitor Linked In stats, Google Analytics, Sales leads and adding results to a spreadsheet to analyse traffic and progress and make recommendations on how to improve

Email Marketing – Creating and building emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as campaign monitor

Website Management – Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website via WordPress.

Event Management – Researching, booking and organising industry events/exhibitions, internal webinars, local events and client roundtables.

Team Support – Supporting delivery teams by creating branded documents for client training, support the sales team with promotional materials and sales proposals updates as and when needed and assist operations with branded internal documentation and merchandise.

 

What you’ll need to be successful:

Able to demonstrate good comprehension of the full digital marketing mix, including website/e-commerce platforms, e-mail, CRM, PR, social, SEO, paid media (PPC, display, affiliates, programmatic)

Excellent creative skills

Experience with copywriting, editing and/or producing written content for digital platforms

Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Pro, Canva, WordPress, Campaign Monitor and Google Analytics.

Ability to multitask, organise, prioritise, and work to deadlines

A positive & motivated outlook with the desire to learn and challenge yourself

Where you will work

Your usual place of work will be Homebased, with the expectation that you will visit our Head office in Stratford upon Avon on a regular basis and for monthly management meetings.

GRC Consultant

Location – Home based / hybrid, with travel to client sites across the UK

Full-time, permanent

Salary £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a client-facing management systems consultant to join our rapidly expanding governance, risk, and compliance team, you will lead and support a diverse range of clients acting as a trusted adviser, providing pragmatic, practical consultancy advice and support.

 

What you’ll be focused on

  • ISO 27001 gap analysis and remediation
  • Assisting clients to obtain ISO 27001 whilst communicating results or recommendations
  • Supporting clients with information security audits and reviews
  • Management system implementation
  • Risk management and assessment
  • Business continuity plan gap analysis and framework creation
  • Information security management systems related training
  • Management and continuous improvement of internal ISO 27001 certification

 

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor qualifications, or equivalent for other standards
  • Strong self-management skills, including time management with the ability to work on and deliver multiple client projects concurrently to deadlines
  • Experience of creating and implementing business continuity plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which you use to deliver quality across whatever you do
  • Proven analytical, audit and investigative skills with sound judgement and reasoning ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and challenge at all levels
  • Well versed in assessing businesses, their information and technology risks and controls and be capable of producing comprehensive and clear recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Cyber security and IT technical knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
