Outsourced DPO Service
THE ROLE OF THE DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The role of a Data Protection Officer is an independent one.
A DPO may be called upon by both the organisation and individuals alike, including customers, employees, or members of the public seeking to understand how and why their personal data is being processed.
The DPO advises the organisation on how to use personal data effectively, fairly, and in compliance with applicable regulations. This helps the business get the right balance between its commercial desires and protecting the rights and freedoms of its customers.
Our fully managed Outsourced DPO Service allows our customers to meet their regulatory or commercial requirements without the need for a permanent in-house resource.
Our network of handpicked, highly experienced DPOs not only meet the requirements as defined under Article 39 of the GDPR, they also understand that compliance is about risk management and have the experience and knowledge to advise businesses when they need it most.
