This year is the first-ever Cyber Outstanding Security Performance Awards (Cyber OSPAs). The awards were set up with a difference, aiming to recognise and highlight outstanding performance by companies, people, products, and initiatives across the cyber security sector globally.
Professor Martin Gill, the founder of the Cyber OSPAs commented that recognising outstanding performers is important. He also said that “Cybersecurity is not nice to have, it’s a fundamental need, and doing it well has never been so important.”
At the end of September, the team was down in London for the International Cyber Expo, where they were going to reveal the finalists of the inaugural awards.
We are extremely excited to announce that at the event we were shortlisted as a finalist for the Outstanding Customer Service Initiative category.
This specific category encompasses our values as an organisation, as it recognises the sustainable benefits and the implementation of positive change for customers. As a company, our mission is to combine the best possible customer experience with market-leading delivery for every client, every time. Having been recognised for this category qualifies the work and effort we have put into our customer service and solidifies our brand as being one that is trusted within the industry.
With the introduction of our new reporting portal iRiS, we have implemented positive change for our customers and generated very positive feedback from highly satisfied customers.

We can’t wait to attend the awards ceremony in December, wish us luck!
